    Wildomar is a city (recently incorporated 2008) within the Temecula Valley in the southwestern Riverside County Region. It is bordered by Lake Elsinore to the North, Murrieta to the South and Orange County to the West. The current population is over 32,000 people. The city is much more rural then its neighbors and is often characterized as having homes with more “elbow room”. Wildomar is perfect for residents who commute, but also like have ranches with horses and other animals.

    Wildomar does not have its own school district and is a part of the Lake Elsinore Unified School District. Which is fitting as only 44% of all households having children under the age of 18 in the home.

    When it comes to the Temecula Valley, Wildomar is definitely known for being a more affordable and over 70% of the residents of Wildomar are home owners. There is an increasing demand for Wildomar by buyers as more and more developers are buying land and creating beautiful new communities. The most utilized financing types by buyers in the area are FHA and Conventional, but this area also qualifies for USDA 100% financing!
